Pre-Contract Information Notice

PRE-CONTRACT INFORMATION NOTICE. This notice is provided to you before you become obliged to pay, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Art. 5-7), and forms an integral part of the Distance Sales Contract. The concrete details of your order (product, price, delivery) appear in the order summary shown before payment; this notice contains the fixed terms.

1. Seller. Seller: MASTER GLOBAL LOJİSTİK VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (brand: Tossori). MERSIS no: 0613122894300001. Trade registry no: 122771-5 (İstanbul Ticaret Odası). 2. Contact and complaints. For quick contact and to submit complaints: email [email protected]; phone 0212 823 11 23; KEP [email protected]. There is no separate contact channel for complaints.

3. Key characteristics of the product. The product name, colour, size, quantity and (where applicable) fabric/content information are shown on the product page and in the order summary before payment. Product images may look different in colour depending on your screen settings.

4. Price and payment. All prices shown are total prices including taxes (VAT). Any delivery (shipping) charge is shown separately from the product price in the order summary before payment; no additional charge is requested beyond the total shown there. Payment is made by credit/debit card on the PayTR secure payment page; your card details are not stored in Tossori systems. The order is final once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery. The product is shipped by carrier to the delivery address in Türkiye that you enter at checkout; this notice applies to sales to delivery addresses in Türkiye. Orders are handed over to the carrier no later than 2 business days following payment confirmation. Carrier delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and operational conditions. In any case delivery cannot exceed 30 days from the date your order reaches us.

6. Right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product (or of a third party you designate receiving it), without giving any reason and without penalty; you may also withdraw between the formation of the contract and delivery. It is sufficient to send your notice in writing or on a durable medium before the period ends: email [email protected], KEP [email protected] or post Yakuplu Mah. Hürriyet Blv. Skyport Residence No: 1 İç Kapı No: 113, Beylikdüzü / İstanbul. You may use the withdrawal form annexed to the Distance Contracts Regulation or send a clear statement of your decision.

7. Returns and costs. After giving notice you must send the product back within 14 days of the notice to Kınalı Sok. No: 4, Hadımköy Mah., Arnavutköy / İstanbul 34555 (unless Tossori offers to collect it itself). Tossori does not designate a return carrier; you may send the product with any carrier of your choice and no return-shipping cost will be requested from you. You are not liable for changes or deterioration arising from using the product in line with its operation, technical features and instructions during the withdrawal period (for example, trying it on).

8. Refunds. All payments collected, including delivery costs where applicable, are refunded within 14 days of the product you return reaching the Seller (because Tossori designates no return carrier) or, if you withdraw before delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us; in one payment, using the payment method you used, without any cost or obligation to you.

9. Exceptions to withdrawal. Among the contract types for which the right of withdrawal cannot be used under Art. 15 of the Regulation are goods made to the consumer's specification and goods whose protective packaging has been opened where return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons. No Art. 15 exception is foreseen for the apparel Tossori sells; if a product outside this scope is ever sold, this will be stated on its product page and in the order summary.

10. Defective goods. If the delivered product does not conform to the contract, you may choose, under the relevant provisions of Law No. 6502, a refund, a free replacement, a price reduction proportionate to the defect or (where feasible) free repair. These rights are independent of the right of withdrawal.

11. Dispute resolution. Please contact us first through the channels above. Disputes may be brought, within the monetary thresholds set each year, before the Consumer Arbitration Committees and, above those thresholds, the Consumer Courts.

12. Personal data. Information on how your personal data is processed is provided separately in the Personal Data Notice (KVKK); accepting this notice and the contract is not an explicit consent under personal-data-protection law.

13. Payment obligation and formation of the contract. By pressing the "Complete payment" button on the payment step you become obliged to pay. Confirming that you have read this notice and the Distance Sales Contract and been informed is required for the contract to be formed (Regulation Art. 7). Your confirmation is recorded electronically together with the document versions, your order details and the time, can be accessed from your order page, and the related records are retained for the period required by law.
