COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE PERMISSION. This permission is optional and separate from the Personal Data Notice (KVKK), the Pre-Contract Information Notice and the Distance Sales Contract.

By giving this permission you allow Tossori to send commercial electronic messages about its products, collections, campaigns and promotions to the email address you provide when ordering. The permission covers the email channel only.

Not giving, or withdrawing, this permission does not affect in any way the provision of ordering, payment, delivery, returns or invoicing. Order confirmation, shipping and invoice notifications are not commercial electronic messages and do not depend on this permission.

You can withdraw it at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason: through the opt-out link in each message, your order page or [email protected]. Under the regulation, commercial electronic messages are also managed through the Message Management System (İYS).
