Delivery
Orders are handed over to the carrier no later than 2 business days following payment confirmation. Carrier delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and operational conditions. International timing varies by destination, carrier and customs process.
Right of withdrawal
For qualifying consumer distance sales in Türkiye, the consumer generally has 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason. Withdrawal may also be notified before delivery. Notice may be sent in writing or on a durable medium to [email protected], to our KEP address ([email protected]) or by post to our registered address; the withdrawal form annexed to the Regulation may be used.

After notifying withdrawal you must send the product back to the address above within 14 days of the notice (unless Tossori offers to collect it itself). Returning it with original packaging, labels and accessories where possible helps us process the return; it is not a condition of withdrawal. You are not liable for changes resulting from using the product in line with its operation and instructions during the withdrawal period (for example, trying it on).
Return shipping cost
Tossori does not designate a return carrier; you may send the product with any carrier of your choice and no return-shipping cost is requested from you. The Pre-Contract Information Notice prevails over this page.
Refunds
All payments collected, including delivery costs where applicable, are refunded within 14 days of the product you return reaching us (because Tossori designates no return carrier) or, if you withdraw before delivery, within 14 days of your notice reaching us; to the payment method you used, in one payment, without any cost to you.
Faulty or incorrect item
For a damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect item, contact [email protected]. Mandatory statutory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
Legal exceptions and international orders
Statutory withdrawal exceptions (Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation; for example goods made to the consumer's specification or goods whose protective packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons) apply only to the extent required by applicable law; no exception is foreseen for the apparel Tossori sells. Mandatory delivery, customs, tax and consumer-protection rules for international orders may vary by destination; this policy does not remove those rights.
