Your rights
You may learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 and notification of these steps to recipients, object to an outcome against you arising exclusively from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

- An application signed with a secure electronic or mobile signature, or from the e-mail address you previously gave us and that is registered in our systems, to: [email protected]
Your application should include your name, Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens (nationality and passport/ID number for others), a postal address for notices, an e-mail address and phone number if available, and what you request. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
Response time and complaints
Your application is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; if it requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your application is rejected, you find the answer insufficient or no answer is given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 14.
