E-mail and SMS are separate permissions
E-mail permission covers e-mail only and SMS permission covers text messages only; giving one never implies the other. SMS permission is never bundled with accepting the contract and is not asked at checkout.
Current status
Marketing permissions are not configured yet: no new permission is collected and no campaign messages are sent. Withdrawing and blocking are always possible.
Service messages do not depend on permission
Account verification, password reset, security, order confirmation, shipping and refund notifications are not marketing messages; they are sent regardless of your permission and carry no promotional content.
How to withdraw
At any time, free of charge and without giving a reason: in the communication preferences of your account, through the opt-out link in e-mails, by the opt-out method stated in text messages, by writing to [email protected], or through the Message Management System (İYS).
